On November 21, 2008 William Henry Deering, beloved husband of the late Helen Deering (nee Paholski); loving father of Helen Orem and her husband Phillip, cherished grandfather of Rachel Rappaport and her husband Matt and Russell Orem, William will also be greatly missed by his faithful dogs Star and Caramel.
In Lieu of flowers at the family's request donations may be made in William's memory to the MDSPCA 3300 Falls Rd Baltimore, MD 21211.

God saw he was getting tired, and a cure not to be;
So he put His arms around him, and whispered, "Come with me."
With tearful eyes we watched him suffer, and saw him fade away;
Although we loved him dearly, we could not make him stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands to rest;
God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the Best!
